The combatants in the game can attack and react at the same time. However, certain action that a combatant may perform in each round is limited.

You can also do simple word choice of action, and you can also make decisions basing on a major plot. You will determine where your character will align themselves on the force. This means that you will be the one to decide if your character will go with the dark or light side of the force. By being generous you will be able to go to the light side of the force. However, if your character is self serving and violent, you will succumb to the dark side of the force, which will alter the appearance of the character you’ve created.

Smart Game play with the Gears of War

The game Gears of War for the Xbox 360 had received so much hype and anticipation prior to its release that many people were skeptical if the game would really be able to live up to what was expected of it. Not surprisingly though, Gears of War fulfilled the promise and is undoubtedly one of the best titles released for the Xbox 360. Not only did it live up to the expectations, but it also exceeded them, fortunately for us.

A third person shooter game, Gears of War is a game filled to the brim with Great looking graphics, fantastic game play, amazing designs and will pique your interest each and every time.

The story starts off on the planet Sera, where your character, Marcus Fenix will be joining the race to fight off the evil monsters called the Locust Horde who has been tunneling underground to one day emerge above and kill all the members of your race.

Each and every turn of the game is very fast paced and the beautiful design allows you to run and hide in every object available. You may soon find yourself out of breath as you need to constantly move around to seek cover and to get better vantage points to eliminate the monsters. And as you kill your enemies, you will immediately find yourself in neck breaking action to eliminate more enemies.

But, with Gears of War, you can’t just go to berserker mode and confront your enemies right away. Getting hit can inflict major damage and can get your character killed immediately. You need to constantly find cover and hit your enemies from under this cover.

Staying in one place can get you killed. The AI of this game makes your enemies smart and they can find other vantage points to finish you off. You should also be making smart decisions in which weapons you use. A word of caution, you may find the enemies easy to deal with at the start, but as the game progresses, you need to have certain tactics to kill them off easily.

One great way to play Gears of War is with a team mate. Playing co-op will allow you to use more tactics and playing with someone is always much more fun. Gears of War is certainly one of the best games there is for the Xbox 360 which will keep you on the edge of your seat each and every time you play it.
